Intima Media Group's annual international survey for 2016 revealed Primadonna to be Europe's number one lingerie brand in independent specialty stores .
The famous Belgian group Van de Velde are responsible for great brands such as PrimaDonna, Marie Jo, and Andres Sarda. In Paris, at the International Salon de la Lingerie, Erwin Van Laethem, CEO of the Van de Velde group, and Liesbeth Van de Velde, PrimaDonna's Creative Director, installed themselves comfortably at Intima Media Group's press lounge for a web interview. Erwin Van Laethem stepped into his position in September 2016, however, Liesbeth Van de Velde has been in her position for the last ten years, and been a part of Van de Velde's design team for three decades.
