A heart-warming shopping experience in a bright spacious boutique, offering a range of products which were previously hard to find in the region. Nelly Bo’s is a rising star!
In a corner of Scotland teeming with castles, lavish rolling hills and whiskey distilleries, buying quality lingerie was no easy feat. "You had to travel over 60 miles, or buy online, with the shops all very old-fashioned or part of a large chain,” says Kerry Dean. Aspiring to offer a unique and personal experience to local customers looking for beautiful intimate apparel, the designer embarked on a new career set on providing women with the best lingerie products, including specialised solution wear such as maternity and post mastectomy bras. She knew she had found the perfect premises when she came across an 18th century building previously housing a shoe shop which still retained its charm.
Eighteen months later the boutique has expanded its product range to include a selection of swimwear,
men's underwear and nightwear to suit all tastes and budgets. With a minimal
design based on the color white, Nelly Bo’s priority is to make customers feel
relaxed and at ease. The spacious boutique features colorful upcycled furniture,
navy blue wood panels and flooring, a large functional counter and
multiple gold mirrors for a modern and retro mix. Four expert consultants guide customers to discover not only the items they need
and want but also what suits and serves them best. With two additional floors
available above, Nelly Bo’s has ample scope for an even vaster project, with events,
private parties and catwalk shows all in the program.
We love
the artificial living wall, adding an exotic touch of color against the prevalently
white environment.
