Catherine Fishman, a 26-year-old living in Russia, has been self-admittedly ... obsessed with creating underwear for five years! Underwear just fascinates her, and nothing else seems to give her the same inspiration.  

Her passion for lingerie all started, after unfruitful, desperate attempts at buying herself lingerie that fit, she would alter them herself, removing the bones. Later, she was given scrap lace material while practicing in the sewing workshop of the Drama Theater. From those scraps emerged the first kit she sewed for herself...

She then began to sew linen and created the first collection, orders followed close behind. A few years later, she began to teach the design and sewing of modern underwear. She is happy to share what makes her happy with others.

After becoming pregnant with her some, she continued to evolve, creating custom-made commercial collections, to help companies translate their ideas, creating a unique and original underwear design. At the same time, she plunged into fashion illustration, where she tries to combine what she likes so much: art and underwear.
For Catherine, every woman is a diamond, and underwear is the frame that can show her beauty.  It does not matter what color her skin is, what size she wears, what imperfections she sees in herself, the main thing is that her underwear gives her a sense of harmony with herself! 

As such, she sees that the future lies in comfortable and beautiful things that will help people live in harmony with the world and themselves.  When she draws, she wants to convey exactly this - a feeling of comfort and beauty.  Her opinion is that short lines and high quality is what should fill the future of underwear design:  “Awareness and environmental friendliness are not just buzzwords.  This should be our future.”

Catherine tries to constantly develop her skills and style, she likes concise and simple illustrations, but she prefers not to limit herself to any one direction, interested in trying different techniques. She loves watercolor very much... but with technology, it has now become more convenient to draw on an iPad Pro!
