Designed by architect Alice Tepedino
and artistic director Raphael Tepedino,
the professionals successfully united
the brand’s minimalist DNA with the
idea of natural sculptures giving life to
a sensational space. Inspired by Brazil’s
impressive rock formations, the décor
offers an immersion through the country’s
rock cavities and natural landscapes,
reinforcing the feeling of closeness to
nature so dear to the brand founded by
Marcella Franklin in 2014. At the heart
of the store, the main pillar recalls the
limestone formations with a distinctive and
imposing shape spreading out and reaching
upwards. Around it, sculptures, rocks and
singular stone slabs in soapstone and Bahia
beige marble act as surfaces and seating,
offering different layers and a mixture
of textures. The volume created by the
fusion of the pillar and ceiling transports
us into a surreal world, while nature is
once again evoked in the Terracor wall and
ceiling covering, with its coarseness and
light sandy- earthy hue. Shapes and colors
evoke the Earth’s creative processes, from
wind erosion to the levigating power of
water. Lighting is explored and used to
create the atmosphere of a suspended
world: each garment exhibited on a
stainless-steel support in an elegant niche
is a unique universe of its own. The fitting
room area is a passage with stone slabs,
light panels and soft curtains, giving
the feeling of discovering fascinating
dimensions, the sliding doors a gateway
to a new world. The boutique made the
most of being in a mall, transforming the
large store opening into a positive factor
by not having a door, creating a more fluid
customer experience with a fusion effect
between interior and exterior.
❤ We love the pillar located in the
center, with its imposing and curvelined
presence it defines the entire store
universe.
