Trina Moore, Co-Founder of Sheer Delight Experience, contacted The Best of Intima to tell us a little bit more about the actions her business had taken since the restrictions imposed by the epidemic.
CUSTOMER CARE
Sheer Delight Experience was faced with a particular challenge in pivoting the business. The first question they asked themselves was not “What can we do to help our business?” instead they asked themselves: “What can we do to help our customers?” One of the business’ founding beliefs was self-care, as such they quickly jumped to action and started a private Facebook group called Self Care Sundays. For the past few weeks, Sheer Delight Experience has been going live, Sundays at 4 pm and offering ten minutes of helpful resources, relaxation techniques, and guided meditation. Moore told us that, “the purpose of the group is to remind and motivate our customers to take a break from the chaos and just breathe.”
For their customers who are spending their time at home cleaning out their drawers and looking for the Sheer Delight Experience help them replace old pieces, the fitting service is showing their continual presence on social media, Instagram and Facebook, and will continue to support their customers in any way they can. They are continuing to offer their personalized service over the phone or on a Zoom chat!
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Reassured that their customers were caring for themselves and had an avenue to reach out and practice self-care. Sheer Delight Experience stepped back to look at their business to pandemic-proof it. To begin, they curated a #WFH (work from home) wireless bra collection, which showcases three high-quality brands (Simone Perele, Cosabella, and Evelyn Bobbie). In the collection, eight of the best wireless, supportive bras were included.
The collection has been promoted on Facebook, where the team saw positive results after going LIVE for a product talk to give background information on the companies and highlight the bras that were chosen for the collection.
Moore expressed that they are taking advantage of all available virtual networking available, even promoting their business on a Chamber of Commerce Zoom meeting!

Based on customer feedback, their next steps include going LIVE on Facebook to discuss the best #WFH undies.
Sheer Delight Experience has also started making gift baskets, Self-Care packages, that include items such as candles, room sprays, earrings, lip balms, and perfumes. This with the idea that some customers may want to purchase them for themselves or for a loved one who is working on the front line, needs some TLC, or as a Mother's Day gift.
